Concentrics Restaurants group has announced Matt Weinstein as the new executive chef at ONE Midtown Kitchen .
Weinstein, formerly of Woodfire Grill, was recently named to Zagat’s “30 under 30” list, an accolade that recognizes “gastronomic game changers.”
Since last July, Weinstein had been co-chef at ONE with Christopher Maher. According to today's announcement, Maher will be the new executive chef at another, soon-to-be-announced Concentrics’ concept in Atlanta.
Weinstein will continue to works alongside a back and front of the house team at ONE Midtown Kitchen that includes pastry chef Danielle Smathers, beverage director Melissa Davis, and general manager Kara Czaplicki.
