Katana Teppanyaki & Sushi: Owned by Mali Hu of One Sushi +, this sister restaurant in Buckhead features fresh sushi flown in daily from Japan. Dishes are served made-to-order in Katana's lively dining room, and there's a robust signature sushi menu, which includes an assorted nigri sushi platter, chirashi, spider rolls and eel avocado rolls. While there, try a few of their sake flights.
Sushi House Hayakawa: Creatively mixing traditional sushi with western trends, this restaurant on Buford Highway offers several daily specials as well as staples such as crunchy coconut shrimp or salmon rolls and artfully presented maguro sashimi and deluxe omakase platters.

Benihana: From 4-7 p.m. during the week, Benihana offers BanzaiHour, a special promotion on select menu items including yellowtail sashimi, salmon nigiri and hand-rolled spicy tuna for $3 - $6.
The One Sushi +: Located in Brookhaven, this industrial chic restaurant offers international sushi and sashimi from Hawaii to Norway to Japan. Their signature sushi and roll menu is incorporates today's pop culture with food items like The #SELFIE and O.M.G. If you're really looking to be cool, opt for the hand-cut fresh tuna or uni spoon, a mix of balsamic sushi rice, quail egg, fresh wasabi and lemon zest, served on the chilled and raw menu.
