Learn about Lao food at one of metro Atlanta's first Lao restaurants

If you're not familiar with Lao food, don't feel too bad -- there aren't a whole lot of Lao restaurants in metro Atlanta. Vanh Sengaphone and Thip Athakhanh, the husband and wife owners of Snackboxe Bistro, a new Laotian street food restaurant in Doraville, are hoping to introduce the food from their home country to the masses. The restaurant's menu features traditional dishes (larb, nam khao) and some traditional dishes with a twist (pork skewers flavored with lemongrass).
