These are the stories that created a buzz on the metro Atlanta dining scene this week:

•Vietnamese street food spot Lady Ha is slated to open next year in the Ford Factory Lofts, What Now Atlanta reports. The menu will also feature boba tea and fruit smoothies, as well as beer from local brewpub Hopstix. The restaurant, owned by Ha Thu Kieu, will feature a patio and dining mezzanine connected by roll-up garage doors on the Eastside Beltline. It will join Tal Baum's soon-to-open Rina in the Ford Factory development.

•Jim Adams Farm and Table is closed for now at 2011 Bolton Road NW in the Riverside neighborhood, Eater Atlanta reports. Chuck Meadows -- who previously served as a Metro of Atlanta Chamber vice president and executive director of the Atlanta Beltline Partnership, among other positions -- opened the restaurant in early 2018. Bellwood Coffee remains open in the space. The restaurant featured a counter-service kitchen with seasonal dishes made with produce grown at Jim Adams Farms, from a menu designed by a team of executive chefs.

•Executive chef Brandon Hughes has been tapped to take over all culinary operations for Oliva Restaurants. The restaurant group, owned by Tal Baum, includes Bellina Alimentari in Ponce City Market, Aziza and Falafel Nation in West Midtown and the forthcoming Rina along the Eastside Beltline.  Hughes, a graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta, previously worked at Spice Market, Aria and Bacchanalia before joining the team at Bellina Alimentari in 2015.

•Papa Chow Chinese restaurant, located at 3830 Princeton Lakes Court off Camp Creek Parkway, has been rebranded as Hao Chinese Cuisine, Tomorrow's News Today reports. The restaurant, from restaurateur Gary Lin, who also owns local eateries Hai Chinese in Decatur and Urban Wu in Buckhead, is now full-service.
