For the past two decades, Broadway Cafe served up kosher fare in Toco Hills. The restaurant recently closed, and it was uncertain what would become of the dining concept or the space. Scott Italiaander announced what would be happening to the space on Facebook over the weekend:

Italiannder and his business partners Julie Meni and Rose Lurie have purchased the assets and leasing rights to the space at 2157 Briarcliff Road in the Briarcliff La Vista Shopping Center. They plan to launch a new kosher dairy restaurant. Meni, who also runs Julie's Kosher Catering in Atlanta, will design the menu. The name of the concept has yet to be announced.

Italiannder is hoping for a quick redesign of the space, with a target opening of late July.
