I almost cheated this week and gave you four dishes instead of one. At a recent meal at Better Half, I ordered the four-course tasting menu and wanted to share each of those with you. Alas, in the end I chose the chipper chicken as I recently wrote a story about how Atlanta chefs are getting fancy with their chicken these days. This one is a prime example and one not to be missed.
