A longtime Cheshire Bridge Chinese restaurant has closed its doors.

Hong Kong Harbour has closed after 40 years at 2184 Cheshire Bridge Road NE.

Mother and son Susie and Matt Chae acquired the space, which they plan to turn into Street Bistro with an Asian-American street food and street cart theme.

Steve Josovitz of The Shumacher Group, Inc. represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction.

The AJC has reached out to Matt Chae for more details on Street Bistro.

Hong Kong Harbour took over the space previously occupied by Chinese restaurant Kowloon. The restaurant offered an extensive menu of Chinese-American specialties including Egg Foo Young and Lo Mein and offered dim sum service.
