It's been a busy week in the local dining world. Most notably, chef and restaurateur Jay Swift of 4th & Swift opened doors to his new venture, Noble Fin . Located at 5260 Peachtree Parkway in Peachtree Corners in Gwinnett County, the restaurant is a coastal American-inspired concept with a menu that ranges from oysters and raw bar favorites to small plates, seafood entrees, steaks, chops and poultry.
