A new healthy fast casual concept is set to open in Chastain Park by the end of the year.

Brack's Kitchen, which will be located in the Buckhead Court shopping center at 3850 Roswell Road, will focus on grain bowls and salads, Tomorrow's News Today first reported. Customers will be able to create their own bowls or choose from "signature offerings" including a chicken and dumplings bowl and the A1A salad made with grilled shrimp, local lettuce mix, red onion, cucumber, citrus marinated avocado, marinated tomatoes and cilantro lemon vinaigrette.

The Brack’s Kitchen concept is from Braxton “Brack” Rowe, an Athens native who previously owned several Moe’s Southwestern Grill and Newk’s franchises.
