With locations in Alabama, Texas and Kentucky, Steel City Pop's expansion into Georgia began with a cart selling frozen pops in Atlantic Station.  Now, the frozen treat company is poised to sell its pops at The Shops at Buckhead, Atlanta.

The Steel City Pops pop-up cart will begin selling it small-batch frozen treats in Center Plaza, across from Le Bilboquet, from June 23 through October. Customers will be able to choose between strawberry-lemonade, watermelon and chocolate-flavored pops, along with other seasonal flavors.

In addition, Steel City Pops looks to make a permanent mark in Atlanta with a brick-and-mortar storefront at 312 Church Street in Decatur, slated to open later this summer. The 3,500 square-foot space will be open year-round.
