It's getting hot out there, and Haagen-Dazs wants to help you cool down.
The company is offering one free scoop of ice cream, gelato or sorbet from 4-8 p.m. p.m. today as part of its Free Cone Day.
You can also win prizes -- including gift cards and a year of free ice cream -- by using #HDfreeconeday on Twitter during Haagen-Dazs' "ice cream social" starting at 1 p.m.
