If you're a food and drink connoisseur in Atlanta, you're probably already salivating over the upcoming Atlanta Food & Wine Festival taking place June 2-5 in Midtown . But while you wait for that fete to begin, it's not too early to think about another gastronomic extravaganza taking place later this year in Georgia.

The Savannah Food & Wine Festival will be held Nov. 7-13, 2016. One of the Southeast's largest culinary and wine events, the festival showcases the best of Savannah's cuisine, and features appearances from talented toques from throughout the region.

Today, May 31, is the last day to purchase early bird tickets, which offer savings of up to 33 percent on select tickets, including new events like a celebrity chef tour dinner, a whiskey tasting and a 1920s-themed speakeasy with a bartending competition.

For information or to purchase tickets, visit the Savannah Food & Wine Festival website.
