Every Monday, Torched Hop Brewing Company, which recently celebrated its one year anniversary, offers a classic double burger topped with American cheese and pickles, a side of fries plus any house draft for $10. Beer selections include "Hops-de-Leon" IPA, a Gridlock'd Belgian Strong or any other house made draft.
