Atlanta culinary veteran Michael Patria is the new executive chef at the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta. Patria's new role will include overseeing the kitchens of Park 75 and Bar Margot .

Patria brings his passion for incorporating locally-sourced food products into the menu. The garden terrace of the hotel produces herbs and flowers that Partia will include in Bar Margot's new menu.

Some of Patria's additions to Bar Margot's revamped menu include an in-house charcuterie program, pan-seared pork belly, grilled Spanish octopus and grilled Georgia shrimp.

During the past five years, Patria has served as Ecco's restaurant chef at its airport location and then as executive chef at its Midtown address. Patria has also worked in the kitchens of  The Buckhead Dinner , The Ritz-Carlton Hotel San Francisco and Alon's Bakery and Market.
