Find out what sports bar is going into the former Famous Pub space in Toco Hills

Plenty of people were upset after Famous Pub announced it would close its doors at the end of 2016 after 30 years .

Less than a month later, the vacant space in the Toco Hill Promenade at 2947 N Druid Hills Road NE has a new tenant that will likely cater to a similar customer base.

Hudson Grille, the Atlanta-based sports bar and grill concept owned by Metrotainment Cafes, will open its eighth location in the space by September, as first reported by Tomorrow's News Today and confirmed by a Metrotainment PR representative. There are also locations in Midtown, Brookhaven, Downtown, Kennesaw, Tucker, Alpharetta and Sandy Springs. Metrotainment also plans to open soccer bar Hudson FC in Brookhaven this year.

Hudson's menu features bar classics including loaded burgers, chicken wings, hot dogs and sandwiches and wraps. The bar menu offers custom cocktails, wine and draft and bottled beer, including many local craft beers.
