Atlanta-based chain Farm Burger and Athens-based chain Your Pie will take over the ground floor of The George , the new multi-use residential building at 275 Memorial Drive in Grant Park.

"We love the Grant Park area and are excited to serve residents here," said Lisa Maclellan, who is local owner/operator of the new Your Pie location with her husband, Morgan.

The addition of the two restaurants will add to the expansion of the growing and thriving neighborhood.

"Farm Burger was born in Atlanta, and we're looking forward to joining such an exciting development between two of the city's most beloved neighborhoods: Grant Park and Old Fourth Ward," said George Frangos, co-founder of Farm Burger.

Along with burgers , Farm Burger will also be bringing local craft beer and Morelli's ice cream milkshakes to the space.

Farm Burger, known for their grass-fed burgers and local produce, will take over a 1,800 square-foot space and Your Pie will move in to a 2,000 square-foot space that includes a patio for outdoor dining meaning that the building will open with 100 percent of ground floor amenities leased.

The firm behind the project, Urban Realty Partners, expects the restaurants to open this summer.
