Does marrying bagel and burrito equal breakfast success?

In this week's Instagram Taste Test, AJC dining editor Ligaya Figueras and AJC food writer and photographer Henri Hollis try the Einstein Bros. Bagel-rito, a mashup of a bagel and breakfast burrito. Launched on Feb. 27, the bagel-rito is a breakfast burrito filled with egg, bacon, sausage, cheese and salsa verde, all wrapped in bagel dough for a mashup of epic proportions. It is filling, but at more than 900 calories and with an $8 price point, is the combination good enough to justify the dish?
