The spot uses ice cream recipes from Ireland to create alcohol-infused flavors including Guiness McGinnis made with Guinness McGinnis made with Guinness Stout, O'Bailey's made with Irish cream liquor, Irish Coffee infused with Jameson Irish Whiskey, Sweet Honey Bourbon, Kentucky Salted Caramel made with Kentucky Bourbon and 'Ol Blue Eyes, made with Jack Daniels and Coca-Cola.

Non-alcoholic ice cream flavors include Almond Joy, Cookie Butter Pecan, Holy Cannoli and Strawberry Rhubarb PieScream. Also on the menu are waffles, crepes, poffertjes (mini Dutch pancakes), shakes, coffee, soups and a savory entree of the day, as well as wine, beer and custom cocktails.

The Sugar Hill store is the brick-and-mortar location for Frank and Lori O'Brien's catering and food truck operation. Frank O'Brien's Kentucky Salted Bourbon recently won the National Ice Cream Retailers Association's Iron Scoop competition.
