Come next week, there will be a new way to get your burger fix in Dunwoody.
North Carolina-based Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar is set to open its first Atlanta location at Perimeter Mall on Thursday, April 28.
The spot will offer up “burgushi” — a fusion of burger and sushi including sushi rolls created using burger components and pick-up style sandwiches created using sushi.
The menu will also feature traditional and fusion sushi rolls, craft burgers, sashimi, nigiri, bento boxes, appetizers, salads, handcrafted cocktails, craft beers, hand spun milkshakes and homemade desserts.
While Cowfish boasts a unique concept, it might end up seeing some competition by the end of the year in the form of a new Shake Shack location opening at Perimeter Mall.
