The partners behind two popular seafood-focused restaurants are looking for a three-peat with a new restaurant in Roswell.

Rick Clark and Jon Schwenk are set to open C&S Chowder House at 12040 Etris Road Suite 150 in Roswell on Wednesday, Oct. 12.

The pair already own C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar at 3240 Cobb Pkwy. in Atlanta and Hugo's Oyster Bar at 10360 Alpharetta St. in Roswell.

C&S Chowder House will be a "Northeastern seafood cuisine, with a New England style interior," according to a release.

The menu, developed by executive chef Cliff Webb and Schwenk, offers seafood classics including a raw bar, fresh fish,chowders, lobster and king crab. Entrees  include  Delmonico ribeye, filet mignon, ginger-scallion steamed sea bass and baked steelhead.

The bar program, curated by general manager Peterson Hill, includes a variety of wines and craft beer available on draft, in bottles and cans, as well as craft cocktails.

C&S Chowder House will also feature a happy hour offering $1 oysters and half off appetizers, cocktails, wine and beer from 4-7p.m., Monday through Thursday.

The restaurant will also serve brunch from 11 a.m.- 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
