9 Mile Station. Celebrate Valentine's Day with great views and a five-course prix fixe menu from 5-11 p.m. Feb. 14. 9 Mile, the restaurant atop Ponce City Market, will offer dishes including crispy duck confit with apple brie brick, crispy caña de oveja served with plumped dried fruit and key lime pie topped with spiced rum whipped cream.
