Celebrate spring with this herb-filled cocktail from Empire State South’s Kellie Thorn

The weather has finally warmed up, which means it’s officially the season to sit outside and cool off with a refreshing beverage season.

In the new book “Batch Cocktails: Make-Ahead Pitcher Drinks for Every Occasion,” Empire State South beverage director Kellie Thorn shares her recipe for the Garden Rambler, garnished with mint, basil and any other type of herb you might have laying around.

Stir up a pitcher, sit back and sip.
