Now open at Ponce City Market from chef Linton Hopkins of Restaurant Eugene and the team behind Holeman and Finch Public House , the first location of H&F Burger Bar beyond Turner Field and the debut of Hop's Chicken .
Of course, H&F will be all about "the burger" of Holeman and Finch fame — "a griddled double cheeseburger, topped with red onion and house-made pickles, served on a freshly baked pan de mie bun from H&F Bread Co." — plus fries and a special beer brewed by Red Hare.
At Hop's, look for fried chicken in various guises, served at breakfast, lunch and dinner, with biscuits and breakfast sandwiches, fried chicken by the piece and seasonal Southern sides.
