Another restaurant is being added to the roster of shops and eateries at Duluth restaurant and retail district Parsons Alley.
Jacksonville, Fla.-based Maple Street Biscuit Company is set to open this fall in an old Baptist church building in downtown Duluth, according to the Gwinnett Daily Post.
Maple Street, which has several locations in Florida as well as a recently opened store in Chattanooga, serves a variety of biscuit sandwiches for breakfast and lunch.
It's the latest addition to a steadily growing lineup of businesses either already opened or announced at Parsons Alley, including Dreamland Bar-B-Q , Good Word Brew Pub from the team behind Decatur's Brick Store Pub , Korean steakhouse Noona from the team behind Taiyo Ramen and Suzy Siu's, and a brick-and-mortar location for food truck Simply Done Donuts.
O4W Pizza also moved to the area last year .
