It was barely three months ago when then presidential candidate (now president-elect) Donald Trump made headlines by referring to "bad hombres" during a presidential debate . One group of metro Atlanta restaurants is recalling the controversial moment on its menus this Friday, otherwise known as Inauguration Day.

West Egg, The General Muir, Fred's Meat & Breads and Yalla are all adding Mexican-themed menu items in addition to their regular menus during regular hours of business. Dishes will likely include:

Ben Johnson, owner and partner at the four eateries, said the goal of adding the dishes is to "let our large number of female and minority staff know that we support and stand with them, that we reaffirm and celebrate the culture of inclusion that makes this industry and this country great...we chose Mexican food as being symbolic of this culture of inclusion...some of the best Mexican food in the city is not served out front to the public but is shared in the back of the restaurant during family meal.  This is an opportunity for our folks to speak through their food and share with everyone. "
