Chicago transplants to the South are going to be able to get a taste of home this summer.

Gino's East of Chicago is set to open its first Georgia location in Poncey-Highland at 675 N. Highland Ave. NE, in a space previously occupied by Rize Artisan Pizza, What Now Atlanta first reported. Rize closed in August 2017.

The Chicago-based chain confirmed the opening on its Facebook page:

The restaurant, which serves Chicago-style deep dish pizza, will join more than a dozen other locations nationwide and in Mexico, as well as a soon-to-open eatery in Nashville.
