Second Self Beer Company is hosting its monthly Yoga & Hoppiness event, which features a bring-your-own-mat, all-level one hour yoga class from 1-2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 14. After, kick back and relax with a brewery tour plus six six-ounces of handcrafted brews of your choice including Thai Wheat, Maverick and Gose. Tickets, which are $20 each, may be purchased here.
