Atlanta Bar Tours will host Buckhead Bar Bash, a college football kickoff pub crawl

Are you ready for food, beer and football?

The 7th Annual Buckhead Bar Bash , a big, block party-style pub tour, will kickoff at 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4. Organized by Atlanta Bar Tours, the event will feature live entertainment, food and drink specials, free admission to 11 bars plus a catered dinner buffet at Big Sky (3201 Cains Hill Pl. NW, Atlanta) from 6-8 p.m. Chef Hector Santiago, a former "Top Chef" contestant, created the fast-casual dining concept and menu for Big Sky.

This year’s participating bars and restaurants include Big Sky, Stillhouse, Churchill's Pub, Dive Bar, Stout Irish Sports Pub, Hangovers, Lost Dog Tavern, 5 Paces Inn, Rock N' Taco, Genki Noodles & Sushi and Stagecoach.

Tickets for the bash are $10 until Saturday, Aug. 22; after, they will range from $15 - $20. For more information, visit www.AtlantaBarTours.com.

Lastly, football fans will appreciate this tidbit of information: the following day, the University of Louisville will play against Auburn University at the Georgia Dome.
