An Asheville-based spot designed to showcase craft beer is set to make its debut in Atlanta next year.

Pour Taproom is slated to open in the Studioplex Alley development just off the Eastside Beltline, Atlanta Business Chronicle first reported. The Atlanta location will join eight others in cities including Charleston, Greenville, S.C., Knoxville and Charlotte.

The business offers local craft beer by the ounce via a self-serve system, as well as ciders and wines. Several locations also offer a small menu of bar food.

Other SPX Alley tenants include the recently-opened Guac y Margys and Butter & Cream, as well as the forthcoming The James Room, Hawkers Asian Street Fare, Nina & Rafi and Playa Bowls.

The AJC has reached out to Pour for more details on the Atlanta location.

Donald Trump's administration deployed the military to Washington, D.C., in the name of fighting crime, and in an Aug. 11 news conference he mentioned the possibility of military being sent to other large American cities, all of which are led by Black, Democratic mayors. And while Atlanta wasn't included in Trump's list, the city fits that profile under Mayor Andre Dickens. (Photo Illustration: Philip Robibero / AJC | Source: Getty)
