James Beard Award winner Anne Quatrano has quietly opened W.H. Stiles Fish Camp in the Ponce City Market Central Food Hall . And there are already a few Yelp reviews to prove it.

Nicknamed Dub's, and named for Quatrano's great, great, great, great grandfather, the casual seafood spot stands in contrast to her Westside Provisions District fine dining restaurants, Bacchanalia and Little Bacch .

Think of it more like Star Provisions . And look for high quality with counter service and a raw bar. On executive chef Daniel Chance's menu, the likes of seafood bowls, lobster rolls, grouper sandwiches, shrimp po-boys and blue crab beignets. There's also a retail market offering all sorts of seafood-related stuff.
