A Delaware-based brewery is bringing a second location to metro Atlanta.

Iron Hill Brewery signed a lease in Perimeter Center, set to open in summer 2020. The location, to be housed at 1224 Hammond Drive in the Twelve24 development, will be Iron Hilll’s third in the southeast region. It will be its 20th overall as part of its “20 by 20” initiative, which will see Iron Hill open and operate 20 locations by the end of the year 2020.

The 7,500 square-foot Perimeter space will feature an on-site brewing facility as well as seating for approximately 350 guests in the bar area and dining room, plus additional patio seating.

Iron Hill Perimeter will also feature the company’s core menu, featuring more than fifteen items inspired by its lineup of beers, including the Grilled Brewben Sandwich and the Gold Medal Baby Back Ribs.

"Iron Hill is a great addition to the Twelve24 community and to the Central Perimeter area of Atlanta," said Brandon Houston, principal with Trammell Crow Company's Atlanta business unit, which developed Twelve24, in a prepared statement. "The brewery's arrival at the building will create a new place for tenants and members of the community to enjoy food and craft beers." He said the opening of Iron Hill Perimeter will bring more than 100 jobs to the area.

Iron Hill will partner with Chicago-based Aria Group Architects to design the brewery and restaurant.
