Kevin Gillespie is cooking Sunday supper, and you’re invited

Chef Kevin Gillespie is no stranger to curating unique dining experiences, and if you’ve ever dined at one of his many restaurants around town, you’ll understand why. His restaurants have a reputation for putting a twist on the expected: from his chef-driven yet approachable pub favorites at Slabtown Public House to Gunshow’s creative bites, marketed to communal tables dim-sum-style.

Revival, his Decatur homage to southern fare, is another Gillespie twist. The restaurant announced earlier this week that it will start offering a Sunday Supper series on June 19, bringing the warmth of homecooked meals to tables.

Every Sunday, the Decatur restaurant will host a themed Southern supper. Family-style barbeque is the dinner theme for June and July. The cost is $30 per adult and $15 per child, which includes food and non-alcoholic beverages.

Plan accordingly, Sunday Supper will be served from 4-7 p.m., and Revival’s regular menu will not be available. Reservations are required via Resy.
