It’s hard to miss the love of Star Wars in the South Austin restaurant Cane Rosso.

All the brightly colored art that lines the walls of this pizzeria and Italian restaurant near Sunset Valley are of Star Wars characters and scenes. Dallas-based artist Jay Jerrier
that hangs in the Cane Rosso restaurants in Dallas in Austin, and many of the pieces include the familiar faces of Chewbacca, Yoda, Luke Skywalker or Princess Leia.

“When I said I wanted to do death star shaped raviolis for the Star Wars they all told me I could try. I look them right in the eyes and said “There is no try. Only do.” These bad boys will be served with wood fired tomatoes, cherry peppers, poppy seeds, and a lemon butter sauce. Come celebrate the best time of the year with us! May the force be with you”
Healy says he used a cookie cutter to shape the pasta dough. I haven’t found out what he used to darken the dough, but I have a hunch it’s
