Chipotle is offering a number of opportunities for free giveaways in conjunction with Georgia Organics and The Giving Kitchen.
As part of Georgia Organics’ “My Market Program”, Chipotle Mexican Grill is hosting tomato salsa demos (and a free kid’s event) at five local farmers markets this summer. All attendees will receive a free burrito card redeemable at any of the 29 Atlanta-area Chipotle restaurants.
The dates and locations are as follows:
July 9, 5 p.m. — East Atlanta Village Farmers Market, 561 Flat Shoals Ave, Atlanta.
July 12, 11 a.m. — Grant Park Farmers Market, Grant Park at the corner of Cherokee & Milledge Avenues, Atlanta.
July 25, 10 a.m. — Athens Farmers Market, 705 Sunset Drive, Athens.
On Sat., July 18 from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., there will be a Kids' Event at the Freedom Farmers Market. Kids who visit the Kid's Zone can design and decorate their own free organic cotton Chipotle T-shirt. The Freedom market is located in the parking area of the Carter Center, 453 Freedom Pkwy NE.
Finally, on Sun., Aug. 2 at 11 a.m., Chipotle will give away free $5 vouchers to the first 1,500 people to visit the Chipotle booth at the Westside Farmers Market. You can use the vouchers as cash to make your farmers market purchases. The Westside market takes place at The Lane, between Yeah! Burger and Kayce Hughes on Howell Mill Road and 14th Street.
Also this month, Chipotle is supporting the Giving Kitchen — an organization that offers emergency hardship assistance to members of the local restaurant community. On July 13, eat at any Atlanta-area Chipotle and the burrito chain will donate up to $ 10,000 to the cause.
If you visit the locations at 2020 Howell Mill Rd NW or 3424 Piedmont Rd., from 6-8 p.m., you will also get free swag.
