Save on gas
Gas card: Rite Aid will give you a $10 gas card for every $30 you spend on participating products each week through Saturday. The net cost of items after your gas savings would be 33 percent less than the sale price. Some items include Néstlé Pure Life water (24-count bottles) on sale for $2.99, with a net cost of $2 or 8.3 cents per bottle. Selected varieties of Kellogg's cereals are on sale "buy one, get one free," which is 50 percent off, with a net cost of 67 percent off with the gas savings. Use Kellogg's cereal coupons from the April 12 RedPlum and the March 22 RedPlum to save even more. General Mills Rice or Honey Nut Chex are on sale for $2.99 each. Use the $1-off-three coupon from the March 22 SmartSource to pay $2.66 per box at the register. Your net cost after gas savings would be $1.67 per box. Palmolive Dishwashing liquid (25 ounce) is on sale for $2.50. Use the 50-cent coupon from the April 19 SmartSource to pay $2 at the register. Your net cost would be $1.18 after gas savings.
Grocery deals
Meat, fish, vegetables: Kroger has boneless pork loin on sale for $1.88 per pound, Heritage Farms boneless chicken breasts for $1.99 per pound, Atlantic salmon for $5.99 per pound, broccoli crowns and green beans for 99 cents per pound and pork Boston butt for $1.99 per pound. Red, yellow or orange peppers are $1.50 each.
Tissue, hot dogs and buns: Kroger has 4 single rolls of Angel Soft bath tissue on sale for $1. Use the 45-cent coupon from the April 12 RedPlum to pay 55 cents each. Select varieties of Ball Park franks (15 ounce) are on sale for $2 each. Use the 55-cent coupon from the April 12 RedPlum to pay $1.45 each. Kroger eight-count hot dog buns are $1.
Personal Care
Garnier: Walgreens has Garnier Fructis Hair Care shampoo or conditioner (10.2 or 13 ounce) and select stylers on sale for $3 each. Use the $2-off-two coupon from the April 26 RedPlum with the $2-off-two store coupon from the April Savings Booklet to pay $1 each.
Clearasil: Walgreens has Clearasil Ultra 5 in 1 Acne Care on sale for $7.99. Use the $2 coupon from the April 26 coupon circular along with the mail-in rebate form in the same circular to get the item free.
Target Deals
$5 off: Target has an in-ad store coupon that gives you $5 off on select food or beverage purchases of $15 or more, including Pepsi, Frito-Lay, Lipton, Quaker and Gatorade products. You can also text FOOD to 827438 to get the $5 coupon delivered to your smartphone.
