Did you know that you can save money with the use of certain smartphone apps?

You can even stack or combine these savings with your manufacture/store coupons to reduce your out of pocket spending.

Take a look below at my top two smartphone savings apps that you can download to your phone today:

I use this app a lot on my iPhone. It is a rebate app on all types of items from groceries, apparel, beauty, electronics, restaurants, etc. Locate a rebate within the app at the store you will be shopping at, complete the instructions on the rebate and purchase the item. Upload your receipt for the item you purchased and then you get paid. You can cash out with Paypal and other choices or earn gift cards.

SavingStar is another great app to use and is similar to ibotta. There is a Friday Freebie each week. Create your profile, link your store loyalty card and find the offers to the items you use the most. Upload your receipt and cash out.

There are many money savings apps out there and you can try them all. Be sure to find the ones that work well for you and consult the FAQs in each app to help you make the best decision.

Quida can find a coupon for almost anything and she often surprises cashiers when she checks out. For more tips on saving and couponing, visit Quida at  Simple Savings for ATL Moms. Connect and interact with her on Twitter Facebook, and Instagram.
