Emerson gets its first Chick-fil-A restaurant on Thursday, Jan. 22 and that means another “First 100″ Celebration.
As Chick-fil-A fans know, when a new location opens, the first 100 adult guests in line win free Chick-fil-A meals for a year.
The new Chick-fil-A restaurant is located at 94 Old Allatoona Road, Emerson.
The first 100 guests, age 18 or older (with identification), who are in line when doors open at 6 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 22 will get a digital offer card loaded with a one-year supply of free Chick-fil-A Meals.
If more than 100 people are present when the line officially opens at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 21, then all 100 spots will be determined by a drawing held Thursday morning with those selected needing to camp out for 24 hours to secure their spot.
In addition, on Wednesday, Jan. 21, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., you can donate an unused children’s book. The new books collected during the grand opening celebration will be placed in a nearly three-foot-high Book House to serve as a free library exchange.
Regular restaurant hours are Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. This is the first of eight Georgia Chick-fil-A restaurants tentatively scheduled to open this year, It joins 210 existing locations across the state.
