Currently, the temperature is 58 degrees. The high was 65.

Temps will gradually decrease, but you shouldn’t see 40-degree weather until Saturday morning, according to Channel 2 Action News.

But you’re in luck: it will be even warmer Saturday, with an expected high of 70.

Just don’t get used to it.

“A strong cold front this weekend will bring big changes,” Channel 2 meteorologist Katie Walls said.

The front isn’t expected to move into metro Atlanta until late Saturday, bringing with it a 20 percent rain chance.

Sunday’s forecast high is 52 in Atlanta. The low is expected to stay in the 40s until Monday, when the expected low is 32.

“We will be starting out with widespread 20s and widespread freezing marks,” Walls said of North Georgia.
