Ada is a local journalist and an Atlanta-area native who currently finds her home at the AJC reporting on crime and public safety. She is a senior at Georgia State and was previously the Editor-in-Chief of The Signal, the independent student newspaper, where she received several national awards for her news reporting. She has also interned with Atlanta magazine, Georgia Public Broadcasting and the Georgia News Lab. Informing readers on something new and telling their stories inspires her every day. What she enjoys most about storytelling is the importance and impact they have to the communities and voices they are about.
