The biggest thing Atlanta Hawks general manager Travis Schlenk is looking for in NBA Draft picks is character.

In an interview with the Hawks, Schlenk discussed free agent decisions, his relationship with Kent Bazemore and what kind of players he’s looking for in 2017 NBA Draft.

The NBA Draft will begin on June 22.

"As far as what we look for, you know, character's really big and one of the things we're going to look for, we want good guys,” Schlenk said. “That's one of the things we were able to do in Golden State was get high character guys, so that's top on the list for sure. We would like length. Guys that are long. We also like well-rounded players. Guys that can dribble, guys that can pass, guys that can shoot, guys that can defend and so we'll be looking for well-rounded, long, high character guys."

Schlenk’s full interview can be watched below.
