Here’s a few things to know on Monday:

1. Braves win series against Brewers

The Braves won the first two games of the three game home series against the Milwaukee Brewers over the weekend. On Sunday, pitcher Julio Teheran allowed seven runs in just over three innings, losing the final game of the Braves' homestand 7-0. The Braves have Monday off and will start a four-game series at San Diego on Tuesday.

2. Atlanta United defeated Colorado

Atlanta United won Saturday's match 1-0 over the Colorado Rapid at Bobby Dodd Stadium. Atlanta United almost allowed a last second goal, but keeper Alec Kann preserved the win. Atlanta United's next match is on Wednesday against Miami FC. The game kicks off at 7:30 p.m. from Miami's Riccardo Silva Stadium.

4. Norcross' Diamond DeShields to pursue WNBA

Norcross High School alumna Diamond DeShields will forego her senior season at the University of Tennessee and pursue a career in the WBNA. DeShields was named to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution all-state teams from 2010-2012.

5. After the Draft, Hawks still have some work to do

Chris Vivlamore writes what the Hawks must work through before next season begins. Things to be figured out include determining what happens with Paul Millsap and Tim Hardaway Jr.
