Here’s five things to know on Wednesday:

1. Falcons reflect on first day of mini-camp

Lots of news came out of the Falcons' first day of mini-camp on Tuesday. Coach Dan Quinn told reporters on Tuesday wide receiver Taylor Gabriel has a lower leg strain and has been limited. D. Orlando Ledbetter reports Falcons' first round Draft pick Takkarist McKinley was not present because he is recovering from shoulder surgery and is finishing his final quarter at UCLA, but could be back in Flowery Branch on Friday. More news about Matt Ryan and Falcons guard Trevor Robinson can be read on the AJC.com.

2. Braves fall to Nationals, 10-5

The Braves lost to the Washington Nationals 10-5 on Tuesday night. David O'Brien wrote Braves pitcher R.A. Dickey was perfect for three innings, but fell apart for two. The Nationals hit two home runs off Dickey on Tuesday. The Braves final game of the three-game series with the Nationals is on Wednesday afternoon at 4:05 p.m.

3. Warriors release statement regarding White House visit

CNBC analyst Josh Brown tweeted a report on Tuesday morning that the Golden State Warriors unanimously voted to decline the upcoming White House invitation to celebrated their NBA championship. Since the report, the Warriors released a statement on Tuesday afternoon writing they had not yet made a decision.

4. Georgia Dome items for sale

Before the Georgia Dome is blown up on Nov. 20, a few items will be auctioned off. Tim Tucker has all the information for what you can buy and what you can't.

5. Swilling brothers, Georgia Tech freshmen arrive on campus

Ken Sugiura caught up with Georgia Tech legend Pat Swilling and father of linebacker Bruce Jordan-Swilling and cornerback Tre Swilling as the two freshmen arrived on Georgia Tech's campus on Tuesday morning to take part in summer training and take summer classes.
