Here’s five things to know on Wednesday:

1. Hawks agree to terms with Dewayne Dedmon

Late Tuesday night, Chris Vivlamore reported the Atlanta Hawks agreed to a two-year, $14 million deal with free agent center Dewayne Dedmon. After two seasons at the University of Southern California, Dedmon had stints with the Golden State Warriors, Philadelphia 76ers, Orlando Magic and San Antonio Spurs.

2. Braves' Inciarte goes 0-for-2 at All-Star Game

Atlanta Braves outfielder Ender Inciarte went 0-for-2 at the plate at Tuesday during the 2017 MLB All-Star Game. Inciarte hit a line drive and grounded out. The Braves outfielder also caught two outs in the sixth inning.

3. Kirby Smart: 'Jacob Eason is our starter'

Georgia coach Kirby Smart took the podium on Tuesday at SEC Media Days and told media that for now, sophomore quarterback Jacob Eason is the starter unless true freshman Jake Fromm does something to beat him out.

4. "The Freeze" loses at MLB All-Star Game

"The Freeze" raced a speedy fan on Tuesday night during the 2017 MLB All-Star Game. For video of the race and fans reactions to the loss, visit the AJC.com.

5. Falcons heavy favorites for 2017 playoffs
