Former Alabama running back Bo Scarbrough isn’t amused by UCF’s continual claims of winning the 2017 National Championship title.
In response to UCF unveiling their "National Championship" rings over the weekend, Scarbrough posted a picture of his championship rings he earned in his three seasons at Alabama.
“Real championship rings,” Scarbrough wrote on Twitter Monday evening.
After going 13-0, UCF claimed the 2017 National Championship title in January. Since then, the team has had a parade at Disney World, unveiled a banner commemorating the season at Spectrum Stadium and purchased championship rings for the team and personnel prompting criticism from many football fans.
