Georgia Tech and Temple announced a home-and-home football series on Wednesday.

The Yellow Jackets play the Owls for the first time in school history on Sept. 28, 2019 in Philadelphia and then host the Owls at Bobby Dodd Stadium on Sept. 20, 2025.

Georgia Tech’s 2019 matchup with Temple will be held at Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field.

Georgia Tech’s non-conference schedule for the 2019 season is complete with the addition of Temple. The Yellow Jackets will host USF on Sept. 7, The Citadel on Sept. 14 and Georgia on Nov. 30.

Temple is coached by Geoff Collins, the Yellow Jackets’ former graduate assistant (1999-2000), tight ends coach (2001) and director of player personnel (2006).

The Yellow Jackets are 70-26-1 against current members of the American Athletic Conference.
