Georgia Tech’s Sam Nunn School of International Affairs named Tech offensive lineman Trey Smith the recipient of the 2017 Outstanding Undergraduate Award.

The award was given to Smith to honor his academic performance and community service.

With a 3.9 GPA, Smith— a graduate of Hillgrove High School— is scheduled to graduate in May 2018 with a degree in International Affairs. During his time at Tech, Smith has been named to the Dean’s List and ACC Honor Roll.

Coach Paul Johnson congratulated Smith on Twitter on Wednesday.
