Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones (foot) practiced on a limited basis during Friday’s light session and is probable to play Sunday against the Packers in the NFC Championship game.

“He looked good to me,” Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan said. “He’s always a guy who, whether he gets some reps during the week or doesn’t, he’s always ready to go. He’s pretty good at whatever percentage he is. He’s made a lot of plays at less than 100 percent, and this time of the year no one is (100 percent). He’s a great competitor.”

Jones has dealt with injuries to his left foot/toe for more than a month. He missed games 13 and 14, played the final two games and then was limited to 42 snaps (58 percent) against the Seahawks in the divisional playoff round Jan. 14. Jones left that game for good in the fourth quarter.

Jones didn’t practice Thursday but said he was “ready to go” for the game.

“We were pleased with his response and how quickly he came back (Friday),” Falcon coach Dan Quinn said. “He had good bounce. He ran hard, jumped. He looked good.”

Quinn said defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux (shoulder) and wide receiver Taylor Gabriel (foot) are probable for the game.
