Sophomore running back Dedrick Mills was one of five Georgia Tech football players named to Athlon's 2017 Preseason All-Atlantic Coast Conference teams on Thursday.

Mills landed a spot as first-team running back, while sophomore offensive lineman Parker Braun was selected to the second-team and senior defensive back Lane Austin was nominated for third-team.

Junior wide receiver and punt returner Brad Stewart and junior offensive lineman Will Bryan were named to fourth-team.

Mills was also named to the website Southern Pigskin's Preseason first-team All-ACC list on Tuesday.
