Falcons’ Ryan, Jones rank among May’s top selling NFL jerseys

Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan and wide receiver Julio Jones had two of the top 25 selling NFL jerseys in May.

Jones, entering his seventh season as a Falcon, landed at the No. 9 spot and was also the best selling jersey in the state of Georgia.

Ryan, the League’s reigning MVP Ryan, ranked No. 19 on May’s top selling jerseys list.

The top selling jersey in May belonged to Oakland Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch. New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was the top quarterback on the list at the No. 2 spot.

Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton, from College Park, Ga., had the 23rd most popular jersey sold in May.
