Top state prospect from Roswell visits UGA

Roswell native and top 2018 Georgia prospect Tyneil Hopper visited the University of Georgia and coach Kirby Smart on Tuesday.

Hopper, a 4-star tight end from Roswell High School, announced his visit by posting a picture of himself with Smart on Twitter.

The 6-foot-2, 225 pound junior is ranked 25th on 247 Sports’ list of top 2018 prospects in Georgia and has offers from 11 schools including Alabama, Auburn, Illinois and Kentucky, according to 247 Sports.

Hopper also announced he received an offer from Appalachian State on Tuesday.
